Send Products to AWD with Amazon Global Logistics

I've shipped 84boxes of products to Amazon Warehouse and Distribution Center (AWD) IUSJ.

Delivered on Nov 21, 2024 (18 days ago).

Opened a case and waiting for an answer for 2 weeks! They repeat and repeat the answers!

"We have reached out to our internal team to investigate the issue and they are currently looking into your issue."

Literally these internal teams they do not answer anything.

We've paid for the goods, shipping, customs, designers, and everything else, but I have no idea if the goods are lost or damaged.

This is the season, I am really disappointed.

If anyone knows any solutions, please help.

Note: I've used AGL, AWD shipments can not be tracked. That's another issue.
