Page not found The requested URL doesn't exist. Please check your URL and try again.

Apparantly i have an invalid charge method. When I click the link I get an error message.

I was on the help chat last week and was told to wait 48 hours and given no explanation why. Checked again and nothing had changed.

Then want on chat help again and was cut off after 1 minute

Went on again as was told someone would email me.

As i'm new to selling on amazon I have a very poor view of the service & particularly its customer service.

Any ideas on how to access my account

Connor from Amazon here, this error can appear due to multiple reasons.

1) Are you logged in with you admin credentials? I see that this account that you are posting from doesn't have the right permissions to change the charge method.

2) Have you tried logging in from another device, browser or our Seller App?

3) Try clearing your current browser's cache+cookies, restart and try again.

Let me know how it goes,
