I got this error after submitting a Children's Product Certificate and a Test Reports : Tracking Label is missing information or information is missing or invalid.
I have not idea what this means. What is the tracking label and where is it missing? Should it be in the document ?

I was wondering if you were ever able to resolve this and if so, how? I am having the same issue and no one at Amazon can tell me what the exact reason is that my documents for a missing tracking label continues to get rejected. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
