Variation Fulfillment Question
Hello!
I'm new to being an Amazon Seller and have had some success selling individual items.
I created a listing for an LED potlight kit and sent 40 individual boxes to amazon for fulfillment. I then went to create a variation of my product and changed the number of items sold as I want to sell either 8 packs of this kit.
My issues is that Amazon now says I need to send 8 individual boxes wrapped as one unit in order to sell this variation. I feel like there must be an option to indicate that there are 40 identical items in stock already and group 6 into a separate product but I cannot seem to find it.

No there isn't. Amazon will not put together multi-packs for you.
You need to send them to Amazon already packaged together as a separate ASIN/UPC and make sure you put "Sold as single unit" on the combined packaging.
