FBA Shipments not Checked in 10 days BFL2

My shippment id: FBA18BPYB9BF, Our packages usually get checked in within 2-3 days. We would appreciate any help or direction since this has caused us to be out of stock on a lot of best-sellers.. Is there anyone can help me?

Our shipment to BFL2 was delivered on 8/16 and still hasn't been checked in. Tomorrow is the day that we are supposed to be able to open an investigation, but I won't be surprised if they push that day back like they normally do. Beyond frustrating. When we created the shipment, it was supposed to go to a closer warehouse, but the labels printed out for CA...we're in NY. So, it also took 2 weeks to even be delivered after multiple delays.

Receiving timelines can extend to several weeks across sites and seasons, so given the dates you provided those should be well within normal processing timelines and are likely working their way through the queue to be received shortly. Unfortunately there is no way for any CM here in the forums or any other Amazon support to expedite shipment receiving.

Same Warehouse - 2 Boxes with over $1500 -138 items with weights - Shipped 8/6 - took weeks to even show as delivered 8/16. Update to "Receiving" after sitting there for a month. Amzn said I could open an inquiry today...Now the item is immediately closed and All 138 items are being listed as not received. How can this be? Both boxes at that location and same error??? I had to submit invoices from months ago as we only as needed. Did anyone have any luck recovering the items? This happened at holiday time last year but is was only 50 items so I just sucked it up and hoped the items would turn up. They didn't. What is the service used to deal with this? I will gladly pay to get it squared away.
