Why is a 3 Day Shipping window for Zones 5 and 6 not possible
In shipping settings, the options are for 2-3 day shipping, 2-4 day shipping, or 5-8 day shipping. There is no 3-4 day option, yet 2 zones in USPS have a 3 day minimum.
So for all of these 3 day states, I have to either pay double the postage, or move my promised delivery date out to 5 days minimum. Gee, does this sound like it will help my sales? NO
Here is an idea Amazon.
Instead of messing with my shipping lead time, and making up false logic about how "most sellers ship the same day" - how about you fix your system to allow us to match the actual delivery windows published by the carrier?

I am dealing with this for the 3rd time in the last 60 days. Incredibly sales for a couple days and then everything comes to a screeching halt when they screw up the ship times.
I've communicated and escalated this to a crazy level and the "best" response I have gotten it "Your metrics are great. Just keep up the good work and the system will eventually correct itself." Such a BS response, but we're at the mercy of Amazon's flawed system.
