Brand Registry Issue
Hello, i have some obstacles when it comes to brand registry. i was using my subsidiaries to register amazon account. Afterwards when i want to enroll into brand registry, they request for trademark owner to enroll first which is my parent company. do you guys have any ideas how to solve this issue? is it possible to change the business name and then i can enroll to the brand registtry? since i am the founder of both company.
Also, i am having account issue as well. by the time i use "User permission" feature to appoint my staff to use some of my feature, my account got deactivated because of separate account which we did not do that. is it because of my staff using public wifi when he use his device and access amazon account by using the email from "user permission" ?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist and Brand Registry enrollment can be a steep hill to climb. I would need to see your application in order to provide specific guidance, but in general the key item that is needed when enrolling a brand is a Trademark. Please see the eligibility requirements. As per the response from the case you opened on October 4th, as long as the Brand Owner or TM owner is submitting the enrollment application and the other requirements that are listed in the link are met, then you will be able to enroll the brand. You can provide user access once the brand is enrolled however it makes sense for you and your subsidiary companies.
All that being said, since you mention that your selling account is currently deactivated, that may be a blocker for you to successfully enroll in Brand Registry. I advise that you address that first and then proceed with enrolling your brand.
