suspend account

hello everyone,

A year ago, I added a product to my inventory that I shouldn't have sold. I received a violation notice from Amazon and immediately removed the product from my inventory. I have been selling only with my own brand for a year and trying to create brand value. My account was suddenly suspended last week, due to the product I added to my inventory a year ago. Yes, I shouldn't have sold that product, but I had just started working on Amazon and it was a rookie mistake and I deleted the product from my inventory as soon as the warning came.

Despite this, a year later, Amazon suspended my account and confiscated the products I sold under my own brand, and I cannot receive a response to my video call request. I thought Amazon was a more understanding and fair platform, but this situation made me very sad and negatively affected my Amazon experience.

We are all human and we can make mistakes, especially when we are inexperienced. After the warning I received, I never added that or similar products to my inventory again and I have sold hundreds of products on Amazon for a year. I wish my time and effort had been rewarded on Amazon and I had been helped.

This situation makes me very sad. I hope we can reach a mutual agreement. I will continue to share the ongoing process here. I wish everyone a good day.

Deleting it doesn't make it go away. Sounds like you didn't address the violation?

Amazon expects you to do your homework and know what you are doing, whether a rookie or not.

I can't say for certain but I am going to guess that someone reported another one of your products. Either that or Amazon took a closer look and decided it was a bigger issue then they originally thought. Unfortunately, section 3 violations can be tricky to solve. There is no guarantee you'll get your account back.

Did you address the violation or did you leave it lapse? Address the violation and show them your new business model, your brand, invoices from suppliers etc.

Without successfully appealing the violation your account will remain closed.
