Feature Offer Eligibility review requested!
I've noticed that many sellers have reported losing their Feature Offer Eligibility without any apparent reason and have requested a manual review of their accounts. Unfortunately, this seems to have happened to me as well.
My seller account is in good standing—we haven't had any recent issues such as negative feedback, chargebacks, or late shipments. Despite this, our Feature Offer Eligibility disappeared last week, reappeared two days later, and then vanished again yesterday. I’m puzzled as to why this eligibility is fluctuating when nothing has changed on our end. I reached out to Seller Support and, as usual, received a lengthy but unhelpful copy-paste reply. Given the inconsistency, I would like to request a manual review of our Feature Offer Eligibility, as I've seen other sellers do. To be honest, it seems like Amazon's AI management in this area might be experiencing some issues. The Feature Offer Eligibility is designed to reward good sellers and penalize bad ones, but these random changes are undermining that purpose. This is not only hurting our sales but also impacting Amazon's reputation.
I hope Amazon will take this issue seriously and assist sellers like us in resolving it.

The same things happen to me, In this case, What should we do? Sometimes we can see that the featured offer is 100%, Sometimes nill. I couldn't find the reason yet, is there anyone who can help us
