Search Suppressed For Not Providing Product Description

Multiple times I have added/saved a product description but for some reason it doesn't "fix" the search suppression. I am stuck and don't know how to get this fixed. Please HELP!!!

Multiple times I have added/saved a product description but for some reason it doesn't "fix" the search suppression. I am stuck and don't know how to get this fixed. Please HELP!!!

It's true that your product doesn't show bullet points and description. But it is NOT search suppressed. If I go to amazon.com and search for"Bear Attractant Spray" it's the first result.

(lol, I never thought that something like this exists and is bought... :):)

Oh sorry, maybe you are right. Now I have seen that you are talking about "bacon" (yes the beast has preferences....)

But wait, none of your products has bullet points and descriptions?

WHERE are you adding the information?

If you are trying to add it on the detail page through your inventory pages it will not work.

You have to go to the "error message" and click on the 'fix' link. Then put the info in there and be sure to 'save' it.

Even that doesn't work all the time due to so many broken links and lousy programming on Amazon but it will work much better than the other way which I have never seen fix an issue!

Have you by chance filed a more recent case with them in the last 30 days? If not, please reach out to them first as its possible this may be a technical issue that they need to reach out to a special team for.

Please be as specific as possible in your report and share all troubleshooting steps you have taken along with screenshots.
