How to view tracking number for item that is being returned?
Amazon approved an A-Z Claim against us for not refunding money to a customer for a return, but I cannot find any evidence that the package ever arrived here. Is there a way to find the Tracking number for the Return?

If Amazon issued them a prepaid return label, then the tracking information will be in the return details. Go to Manage Returns, locate the return, then click the view more details and the tracking number should be listed there.
