Only half of shipment recieved
This is my first shipment so I am wondering if I should be concerned. I sent 3 different items. Each item was in two boxes. One box of 48 units and one box of 50 units so 98 units total of each item. For all three items, only the 48 unit box was received. I don't know how long it usually takes and it is Christmas week so I am wondering if this is normal for only half of the shipment to be received for days now.

Yeah, it's not unusual and with the holidays, even more likely.

I wanted to let you know that in this case, the recommendation is to allow sometime for the system to fully update your information.
If after January,27th you still have issues, you can request a reconciliation of your shipment.
If after this you still have problems, let me know so we can check on the next step.
