It's been over a week since I filed a case for compensation for a lost Amazon shipment and I haven't received any response yet!
I haven't received any response either here or at the customer service panel.
Shouldn't Amazon be compensated for screwing up our shipment? Seems like I'll have to send fewer shipments to the Amazon warehouse in the future.

You have to be very new and made me laugh, sorry for that! I have a shipment lost in the warehouses since April and didn't receive any response yet! ONE week is nothing in Amazon time, prepare yourself for a loooong wait. I wish you patience!
