Unfair A-Z claim decision
order id: 114-0397958-2337868Amazon granted an A-z claim to the Buyer, without even notify me that I have an open case. I had no way to reply as it has been closed straight away. I could only appeal.I've provided all the informations I have including PROOF OF THE RETURN that I have booked the return and the courier made 3 attempts to collect the goods however the Buyer refused to return the packages.We have received the return request on the 26 of June and booked the return on the 27th of June with UPS,1Z10Y2969491049530 + 1Z10Y2969494603747 Still, my appeal has been denied just in 30seconds after I appealed the decision for the reason:" We reviewed the details of this claim and found that you did not respond to the buyer's return request before submitting the claim." I HAVE PROOF that I have PROVIDED the return details in Manage returns" and also sent the Buyer 3 messages after and explain how to return the item. All in the messages.It is clear that the Buyer didn't want to return the goods, and now she keeps the money. On top , she left a negative review because she thought that she bought a different item, and so , my account is at risk of deactivation.
