Our product was judged as a medical device by Amazon!
"It has been determined that this product is a nebulizer, metered-dose inhaler or related accessories, which is a medical device for professionals only. According to Amazon policy, medical supplies for professionals only can be sold to healthcare buyers who have an Amazon Business Purchasing account and have obtained the corresponding license."
But our product is not a medical device.
We provided a lot of information to prove that the product is not a medical device, but a long time has passed, and Amazon's customer service did not choose to reply to me, causing my product inventory to stagnate.
The inability to sell the product has really had a huge impact on the store.
