I am hoping you can view the photos buyer requested a replacement however since it is a one of a kind collectable item there is not one.
So I took it as a request for a refund without wanting to return anything.
The post office since having only delivered it earlier today and because a trace was being done for the item I had already been told by the postmaster for that location it was not delivered empty.
However since I cannot be the post office police I,can’t do,anything other than file a insurance claim.
However when the buyer sent me 4 photos 3 with Inappropriately hand gestures I knew this needs to be reported.
Seller support offered no help other the, letting me know,how to report an email message.
The postmaster said report it to Amazon after seeing the photos as to this,buyer is being dishonest and possible fraud.
However there is no,way to,actually report this like the post office suggests.
