Error upgrading from individual to professional
Hello, for the past 1 month, I have been trying to upgrade my account from individual to professional, and this is the error message that comes up: "Something went wrong. Please try again after 15 minutes." I have contacted Seller Support about this multiple times, and they all tell me different stories as to why this is happening, and keep transferring me to different teams. It would be great if someone could help me with this.

We see that are partner team is currently investigating this issue via case - 15208465561 and as soon as they have an update, they will get back to you.
