Account Inactive After Verification
Hi Everyone and Amazon Japan Support Team,
My account remains inactive even though I’ve completed the verification process, and my identity has been approved multiple times over the past 3 months in JP marketplace. I’ve contacted the "Identity Verification" team, and they suggested reaching out to "Technical Support."Does anyone else have this issue, and was it resolved? I would really appreciate any guidance, as this has been a difficult journey for me as an entrepreneur. I’ve invested so much time, money, and energy into this with no return over the past few months while struggling to resolve this issue.
