Your PSP Issued Bank Account is Pending KYC Review

12/21/2023 I received an email indicating that I need to pass a KYC check in order to use a bank account provided by Payoneer. On 12/22/2023 I received a second email from Amazon indicating that Action complete: Your PSP Issued Bank Account is Now Eligible for Disbursement. In fact, today 02/20/2024 two months have passed and I still cannot use my bank account. Repeated calls to Payoneer and Amazon support do not help solve the problem. Payoneer responds that there are no problems on their part and they have sent all the necessary data to Amazon and recommend contacting Amazon support to resolve the problem. I contact Amazon support and they tell me that they did not receive data from Payoneer and I need to write to Payoneer support and solve the problem with Payoneer. Has anyone had a similar situation and how were you able to resolve it? Thanks for the help.
