Invalid Letter of Authorization

Hello everyone, please help advise what kind of documents we need to submit for LOA (Letter of Authorization) in Amazon UK? We have tried to submit several documents as invoices, and also LOA as in the Amazon example bellow, but it is not working at all. Does anyone ever have the same problem? Thank you!

Is that form what you tried to send them? that's not a LOA.

A LOA states that the brand authorized you to sell their products on Amazon and (Because it can't hurt) that the distributor you purchase from is brand authorized.

The form up there is if you are trying to create an account FOR that brand, as that brand with authorization to control that brand on Amazon.

Did you try to go into brand registry with that brand?

I also recommend that you switch your seller central account over to the UK store and create a case to Seller Support if further assistance is needed.

you can also change the store in your Forums account to the UK and create a new post explaining the situation you are facing in detail. This process will engage a Community Manager in that store and they can engage the proper support team.

You can change the store in the Forums by clicking the drop down box in the upper right hand corner and selecting the UK store as illustrated below.
