Multiple Lost FBA shipments
I have been shipping books into FBA for about a month (have done FBM since 2001), and so far, at least 2 of those shipments have been delivered, but never checked in after 6 weeks. If I try to make a claim, they ask for an SKU, but all my items are different, so 30 different SKUs per box. I don't see a way to report entire missing boxes . . .The call back number literally hangs up on me every time. Is there anyone at Amazon who can help, please???

I'd be happy to jump in here! Do you have an open case ID and shipment ID regarding the two shipments pending to be received at the FCs?
If you are wanting to submit a claim on a shipment, please navigate to your manage shipments screen in Seller Central. From here you will want to search for the shipment ID you are wanting to submit a claim on, and then navigate to the "Contents" tab where you can submit a claim for each SKU that has a discrepancy in units received vs what was shipped/expected.
