Multiple packages tracking
Moderators one issue I have is I ship a lot of multiple packages and customer will receive one and the other packages get delivered late in the say or in the following days. The problem is the customer tell me they can only see one tracking number but not the additional tracking number.
Some customer have very bad attitudes and think we are scamming them. Even when I provide them with the missing tracking numbers.
If Amazon could do something to show each individual package tracking number on order with multiple packages that would help a lot. I really wish I didn’t get messages like send me the packages I ordered or issue me a refund and I have to go pull their tracking number when this should be done on Amazons end to begin with.
One more thing it would also be nice if the shipping company was displayed as well. For example if it was USPS or UPS it would be shown next to the tracking number.

Is it one order for a multiple quantity or are you having to ship multiple boxes for a quantity of one?
The multiple quantity, Amazon allows you to input the multiple tracking numbers.
Multiple boxes for a quantity of one, you should message the buyer with all the tracking numbers. Yes, many buyers will never see it, but at least you tried.

In the UPS REF 1 box consider placing 1 of 2 etc.

@LordCommander,
Thank you for reaching out regarding this limitation with the tracking numbers. I can certainly take your feedback on this limitation. Any changes to how this information is directed to the buyer will be investigated internally, and as such I won’t be able to provide you with updates.
In general with orders with complicated multi-part shipments it is recommended to use Buy Shipping as the tracking information can be more directly tied into what Amazon shows the Buyer and be more directly tracked using Track Orders feature on Amazon.com. Additionally it offers more protection if the buyer reports a late or missing delivery. Ultimately, you should pick the path that works best for your business.
At this time the system can’t do this for any feature outside of Buy Shipping, but we can make recommendations to the technical teams for possible future improvements.
Thank you for you understanding.

It amazes me that Amazon has fallen behind other marketplaces like eBay, Walmart and Wayfair in this area. It is so simple to add in Amazon's back-end.
Plus, Amazon is losing money. With our multi-box ASINs, we ship 2-5 packages per ASIN, so Amazon is only getting 20-50% of our shipping business.
Unless Buyers complain to Amazon, it seems that this little fix will continue.
Still hoping...
