An a to z claim which was determined to refund for the buyer but not count it in ODR
Hello everyone.
We received an a-z claim which filed by a customer said"Package did not arrive"
But actually it was delivered and customer also received the item. Then customer also told to the Amazon and let Amazon knew the customer receive the item. In this case, Amazon refund to the customer but not count this claim in our ODR.
At the same time, i read by mistakes the final decision on the claim. I saw it was counted in our ODR, then i appeal to Amazon said”hope Amazon could withdraw the claim and not counted it in our ODR". I am not sure if in this case, my appeal will affect the claim re-judyment by Amazon or not, or it should not included, but due to my appeal cause Amazon determine the result it count in our ODR?

I will appreciate. Thank you in advance.
