While reading through discussions on the new Seller Forums, you may notice things look a little bit different. To help you find the information you need, today's Quick Tip will walk you through some new features to filter, sort, and review nested replies within a discussion.

At the bottom of each discussion, you'll see two sections: Quick filter and Sort by. These boxes can help you parse the comments underneath the discussion, as follows:

The Quick filter box refines comments by:

1. All replies: Shows all the replies on a discussion.

2. My replies: Filters to show replies you contributed to the discussion.

3. Amazon replies: Filters to show replies made by an Amazon Community Manager.

The Sort by box shows all comments by:

1. Oldest: Displays response from oldest to newest, starting with oldest on top.

2. Newest: Displays response from newest to oldest, starting with newest on top.

3. Most voted: Displays response from most to least upvotes, starting with most on top.

Another change you may have noticed is nested replies in the comments.

See the blue box with text "Show 6 replies" as an example.

Previously, our comments were displayed in the order made, and it could be challenging to determine where in the discussion a reply belonged. Now if a seller or Community Manager responds back to a specific comment, the response will appear nested beneath it. If you would like to respond back directly to the original poster, you can use the Reply button at the bottom right of the original post.
