Amazon Easy Ship not show up for pick up

I scheduled the pickup 2 weeks ago and not yet picked up. Amazon Easy Ship seems to be unreliable. Not sure why this option is even available in Amazon Seller platform if the service is that bad.

What can I do now? Is there a way I can self-ship?
