FBM Dangerous Goods Shipments - Buy Shipping provides no shipping options
Has anyone else encountered this issue? We've opened 5+ cases trying to get an answer but support never has an answer and say that they'll have to take it to their internal teams only to ask us to provide information that is irrelevant.
When we try to click the "This shipment contains dangerous goods" button, all shipping options are removed.
The latest Amazon Support member simply stated for us to read and check the error message (shown below in picture) and make sure we check the weight, dimensions, ship date, and carrier preferences must be accurate. Package is shipped exactly as shown with no issues. Service and delivery date are not an issue as well. We have some local customers state-side with expected delivery dates of 5-7 days and know that a normal shipment would only take 1-2 days to deliver to those locations. Even with an extra day needed to process dangerous goods shipments, it would still deliver within the expected time frame. Support then says that if Buy Shipping is not available then we have to look outside of Amazon's Buy Shipping services to ship those orders. We have looked at hundreds of orders trying to ship with the button clicked with no success. We do process dangerous goods shipments with our own carriers and understand the shipping regulations and restrictions and comply with all laws as far as we know to ship dangerous goods but that eliminates the protection and coverage gained from shipping through Amazon's Buy Shipping services against A to Z claims.
Has anyone had success in FBM Dangerous Goods shipments through Amazon's Buy Shipping? We know we can ship outside of Amazon with our own carriers and already do so, but are we missing something or incorrectly inputing something?

I would like to dig into this further on your behalf. Are you still able to purchase Buy Shipping for non Dangerous Goods orders?
Additionally, let me know the case number for the most recent Seller Support case you have on this issue.
