Cannot update billing information

I am trying to update billing information since there has been a problem with my card. However, everytime I login it says select an account but I can't select it. I can't move on to the next page.

I've reviewed your account and your charge method is valid on my end. Make sure to login with your seller credentials. If that doesn't work, try from another browser or device.
