One customer purchased MULTIPLE products and reviewed them all terrible without any text I think it's competition
I noticed we have a few bad reviews that are bringing my average down, I was surprised because my Canadian marketplace that has the SAME products gets great reviews.
I did some looking into this and ONE person purchased 4 of my products and rated ALL OF them 1 star, without notes. I find this incredibly strange that ALL the products received bad reviews. Either the end user was completely inapt in using the product or this is part of my competition trying to work against me I think this customer has done this tarnish the competition. Is there anything I can do to remove these reviews?

Since the ratings are completely anonymous, HOW do you know that it was the same customer? Or are you talking about reviews? If yes, what should be "without notes"?
Btw without text it is called "rating". And no, you can't do anything.
