System Glitch for Orders from Mexico: Unrealistic Shipping Dates
Hello,
I've encountered a glitch in the system regarding orders from Mexico placed on Friday (08/30) and Saturday (08/31). The system is generating unrealistic shipping dates that require us to ship on Sunday and Monday, which is not feasible.
Examples:
Order placed on Friday (08/30):
Purchase date: Fri, Aug 30, 2024, 9:41 PM PDT
Ship by: Sun, Sep 1, 2024, 11:00 PM PDT to Mon, Sep 2, 2024, 10:59 PM PDT
Order placed on Saturday (08/31):
Purchase date: Sat, Aug 31, 2024, 4:42 PM PDT
Ship by: Sun, Sep 1, 2024, 11:00 PM PDT to Mon, Sep 2, 2024, 10:59 PM PDT
We cannot ship on Sunday or Monday due to the following:
Sunday: DHL is closed.
Monday: DHL is closed due to the National Holiday—Labor Day.

For offers associated with the manual shipping template, as long as a seller overrides a holiday to an operating day, that day counts as an operating day available for handling. For offers associated with the automation template, when a seller overrides a holiday to an operating day, and the day is an operating day for the shipping service that seller selected, then the day will count as an operating day for the estimated shipping day calculation.
When a holiday falls on a weekend and the seller overrides the holiday to an operating day through the “Holiday Settings” widget, that day counts as an operating day, regardless of seller’s weekend operation settings.
