Product Authenticity Proof Ignored Multiple Times - and We Passed the Video Interview Succesffully?!
We have been dealing with product authenticity complaints over the 5 months. We have verified invoices for the trailing 12 months showing proof of purchase direct from the the brand owner/manufacturer. Our submission keeps getting ignored and we have sent this through multiple times showing proof of purchase with all necessary information included and all units shipped accounted for. As a result, our account was deactivated.
We have also added a breakdown, and explanation of the invoice and don't know what else to do. We have also provided an authorization letter directly from the brand owner/manufacturer with their contact informaiton. We also succesffuly completed the Video interview. We submitted the information again multiple times and provided clear explanations.
Is there a team member or other experienced seller capable of giving me tips on what to do next? We've been selling for over 13 years and never had our account deactivated. Please help!

Would you be able to share the messaging that you received initially when this first occurred? In addition, please provide the messaging received after you completed the video verification.
