Pending Seller Identity Verification
Dear Amazon Team,
I updated my seller identity verification documents on May 14th, and until today, May 22nd, I still have no reply. Moreover, the expected day of decision should have been May 21st. But the process doesn't move forward. Although I wrote a message regarding to case ID 3031241263 but haven't received any message yet. Also today I started a new conversation according to this case. No reply. The seller identity verification page still shows the status as "under review." Could you please help find out what's going on with the verification process? Thank you for your assistance, and I'm looking forward to your response.
