Brand Registry Application Rejected

Good morning,

I have been informed that my trademark application has been rejected once again.

The most recent rejection was based on the following rationale:

"""We are unable to approve your application at this time due to the following reason(s):

We were unable to identify proof of your brand entity based on the documents provided."""

I conducted an online search of relevant forums but was unable to identify a solution.

I am seeking assistance from the Amazon support team.

My name is Sandy from the Amazon Community Manager team.

I looked into your case and it seems like you have attached a sample ASIN that is under a generic brand.

Please see section 3.2 of the Brand Registry Application Guide.

This is an optional field. If you already sell products under your brand name, you can add the ASINs here. If you already have ASINs under a different brand, do not add them here otherwise the application will be denied.

If you currently do not have any ASINs under the brand name you are applying, please leave this section blank. If you attach ASINs that are not your brand name, you will get the message you received: The brand name on your product images does not match the brand on the brand application. Please ensure the trademark name is clearly visible on your product images.

Please try to submit again without the sample ASINs and let me know how this goes!
