Can't create new product
I sell flashcards for pilots. I am trying to create a new set of flashcards to sell. I have received a variety of errors, all related to Product ID.
1. I get an "8572" error when I put in the ISBN for the flashcards.
2. I bought a UPC from GS1. It responds "The SKU does not match any ASIN and contains invalid value(s) for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN."
3. I own many ISBN's, so I changed the ISBN. Sometimes I am allowed "create" the product. But it never shows up, and then when I go back to recreate it, I am told I still have a product in draft, it was not submitted.
Can anyone help me out with this?

Have you waited at least 30 days? Is the UPC clearly printed on the product? Does your UPC come up with another product?

Hey @Seller_FlJPz3QpKMLup, you have a couple of questions here so let me address each:
- This help page describes what error 8572 is and how to resolve - have you double checked that the ISBN indeed belongs to the brand?
- Occasionally, it can take some time for the GS1 database to sync up - in the time since you've posted, are you still having issues with this?
- It's hard to say what the issue could be without knowing more details, but if you've already double checked your drafts to make sure they aren't there, have you reached out to Seller Support on this?
