Vine - Awaiting inventory

Hello all,

We have 2 different SKUs for the new ASIN we created. Let's call them SKU A and SKU B. These 2 offers are identical (there was an issue when creating the first one so we created another one that's why they are identical). We sent inventory to SKU A but when we wanted to enroll in Vine, it only gave us the option to enroll SKU B, we thought they share inventory so we enrolled SKU B in Vine. Now because we have sent inventory to SKU A, Vine is saying "Awaiting inventory" for SKU B that was enrolled in Vine.

Because these 2 SKUs are the same offer, we have SKU B closed. We didn't want to do anything against TOS and have 2 identical offers active.

My question is how do we get SKU A enrolled in Vine? or fix the "awaiting inventory" error for SKU B?

We have already contacted seller support regarding this but they weren't helpful at all.
