Note to all: also beware -- there are reports of Amazon resurrecting Regional Rate -- the USPS does not offer this, it was discontinued quite some time ago. Don't purchase the service even if Amazon offers it.

I'm having this problem too. For zone 4-8 USPS Priority cubic only shows up. No options for Priority medium or large flat rate boxes. Zone 1-3 Medium & Large flat rate shows up.
It's been like this for about a week now.
