Feature Offer / Buybox 0%

Hello,

My Buy Box / Feature offer eligibility is back to 0% and my listings do not have the buybox

I own my own brand, there are no other sellers for it.

Performance metrics are all perfect (100% positive feedback, 0% ODR, 0 negative feedback, 0 charge backs, 0 violations, 0 late shipments, etc)

I have tried everything i can to fix this and my buybox is still stuck at 0%

Any help would be so appreciated.

It happened to us (we are FBA and have our own brand) once - one of our child ASINs was stuck in a weird loop because we modified the listing and could not get the buy box while the rest of the ASINs were showing up correctly. After putting a ticket through and speak to the rep on the phone. It was resolved, and now everything is back to normal.

If you have a case ID, post it here for the mod to take a look.
