We are unable to create a removal order for a particular ASIN because the inventory is stuck in reserve status because of a customer order. The FBA order is not being fulfilled because the ASIN was deactivated. The order is not being fulfilled and we are not able to remove the inventory so we are being charged storage and surcharge fees. We have opened several cases and support is not able to help resolve the issue. The case ID is 17163942521.
