Urgent Assistance Needed: Account Deactivation Without Resolution
Hi everyone,
I'm reaching out to the community for help because my Amazon seller account has been deactivated, and after more than 10 calls to the Account Health Specialist team, I’m still no closer to resolving the issue.
I’ve fulfilled almost 100 orders and was doing well with my business, but my account was suddenly deactivated 20 days ago. Since then, all progress has come to a halt.
Every time I call, I'm told to complete the Seller Identity Verification in the Performance Verification section. I’ve completed this process 10 times, providing my passport and all required documents, but my account remains deactivated.
Today, I spoke with a representative named Ben. Unfortunately, he told me that he cannot disclose the reason for my deactivation. He also said that I’m not eligible to appeal Amazon’s decision, and he seemed more interested in ending the call than offering any real help. Ben informed me that my account was deactivated by another department, but he couldn’t transfer me to that team or tell me how to contact them.
At the end of the call, Ben mentioned that my account was deactivated because I had not completed a video verification interview—but I was never notified about this step or provided with any link to complete it.
I offered to provide all necessary documents and complete the video verification immediately, but Ben seemed frustrated and rushed to end the conversation. I’m feeling completely helpless and left without any guidance on how to resolve this issue.
If anyone has advice on how to escalate this or get Amazon’s attention, please let me know. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, and I just want to get back to business.

Its been more than a month now and no solution from AMAZON
Please tell if you don't want us to sell i will close account and sell on other platforms without wasting my time, resources and money
