Frustration with A-to-Z Claim Resolution Process
Hi! I wanted to share my recent experience with Amazon regarding an A-to-Z Guarantee claim that I believe reflects a troubling issue in the resolution process.
In order 111-0189788-4374646, a customer received two bags but only returned one. Despite this clear discrepancy, Amazon refunded the customer for the bag that was never returned. I have made five appeals regarding this decision, but each time, I received a formal response stating, "Upon further review, we have decided to uphold our original decision."
It feels incredibly frustrating to see such a blatant oversight go unaddressed, and it's disheartening to realize that even when the truth is evident, it's impossible to achieve a fair resolution!
