A buyer leave a review without bought
A customer who had a dispute over a product purchased on our official website left 2 negative reviews on our Amazon product listing. He used a different name on Amazon and never actually bought the product from our Amazon store. The negative reviews are about the dispute with our official website. He never purchased from or contacted our Amazon store. Can Amazon customer service remove these reviews given that?

Amazon deliberately does not require an Amazon-purchase for product review. Nor do they remove reviews at seller's behest -- they remove reviews only for reasons of their own.

You can report a review using the "Report" button next to any review:
However, Amazon will only remove reviews that are explicitly in conflict with the Product Review Guidelines. These investigations are internal and Amazon won't share the results of these reports. Thank you for your understanding.
