Amazon rejects receipt from Amazon in authenticity claim
I received a false authenticity claim against an offer. I purchased the inventory from Amazon (not a 3rd party seller) and submitted the receipt to seller support. I thought this would be an open & shut case since I purchased directly from Amazon. Nope, they've rejected my Amazon receipt 3 times now. Of course no explanation is given about the rejection. This is unbelievable, how do I get a real person to review my case?

Amazon is a retailer; not an acceptable source.
To demonstrate your right to sell you need a letter of authorization from the brand plus copy of your wholesale invoice.

Because you can't buy from Amazon to turn around and sell it on Amazon. There is no invoice, they provide an online receipt.

WHERE in the world did you see that you can BUY on Amazon and RESELL the same thing on Amazon? (Besides the fact that you will loose money) I am REALLY curious to know that! Did this grow in your own mind?
