Transfer of inventory to my other account
I had hired a consultant to manage my amazon account. Unfortunately he made a second account with the same name and both the accounts were flagged and deactivated by amazon.
Recently amazon reactivated my primary account but we have already sent inventory for the 2nd account. The second account is also deactivated.
How can i transfer the inventory from the 2nd account to the First account ? so that the secondary account can be closed as i dont want any problems in the future with account linkages.

You cannot "transfer" inventory.
In your situation if you can get inventory returned to you rather than seized -- do so.

this proves again that we should NEVER give user permissions to anyone.
You have now no longr access to both your seller accounts because both are deactivated. In Amazons message they explained you exactly what you have to do to reactivate ONE and to close the other. Follow their instructions. Otherwise your inventory will lay around for years and you will pay a lot of storage fees.
You cannot. You have to create a removal order, put new FNSKUs on it and send in again. BUT - since your account is deactivated you have to first activate your second account in order to do this. OR activate the second and close the first one, like this you don't have to remove anything.

Hi @HANKS_ALLIANCE_L_401,
Troy from Amazon here. You have already received the correct guidance regarding your inventory question, however, I noticed something in your post I would like to address
Thank you for sharing this. If your primary account has been reinstated, but your secondary account remains deactivated, please submit a new appeal from the secondary account stating your primary account has been reactivated. If the only reason for the secondary account's deactivation was its relation to the primary account, simply stating in the appeal that the primary account is now active should be sufficient to get the secondary account reinstated. Once the secondary account has been reactivated, you will then be able to permanently close that account.
Please continue to reach out the community for further assistance.
