Stuck With Brand Registry Application Rejected
Hi Everyone,
I’m reaching out for some advice, as I’ve hit a roadblock with Amazon Brand Registry and am unsure how to proceed.
I recently applied for Brand Registry for my new brand, but my application was rejected. After reapplying, I received an automatic rejection due to "failed business verification." I’ve contacted the Brand Registry team and received a response, but unfortunately, I still haven’t gotten any clear resolution. They directed me to submit an appeal, which I did, along with all relevant documents. However, the response I got was that they are unable to take further action at this time.
What’s confusing is that I’m already an active seller on Amazon with a valid account. I fully own the brand, and I can provide proof of ownership and legitimacy, but that doesn’t seem to help.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation? I’ve only been able to communicate with the Brand Registry team via email, and their replies seem to keep me in a loop without any progress. I’m not sure how to request a second review or escalate this further.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

How many stores do you have? This is like the third post stating the exact same thing.
