Remade all of my inner cartons to comply with AWD requirements. Now My shipment is stuck because Amazon wont accept the new inner cartons sizes. I need to contact someone familliar with AWD,

I’m reaching out to seek advice and possible contacts within Amazon who can assist with a specific logistics issue related to Amazon Warehouse Distribution (AWD) compliance. Despite my long-standing and positive Seller history, I've encountered a unique challenge impacting my ability to stock inventory.

Over 13 years of experience selling on Amazon. Annual sales around $500,000. Brand registry status achieved, with a reputable standing - excellent reviews and almost perfect seller history.

My Issue:

Decided to integrate inventory with the AWD program. This year, in a move to integrate my inventory into the AWD program more effectively, I encountered a directive from AWD specifying that my inner carton sizes were non-compliant due to exceeding AWD's size limitations. I undertook the necessary adjustments – ensuring all my FBA listings with the previously non-compliant inner cartons sold out, leaving zero stock in FBA warehouses to facilitate this transition.

AWD compliance required a reduction in inner carton sizes.

Upon making the necessary adjustments (after selling out non-compliant stock), Amazon's systems have not acknowledged the new sizes due to the lack of physical stock for validation.

in other words...I aligned with AWD requirements by redesigning inner cartons to meet size specifications. Factory made all my new product in the compliant sizes.

I Updated Listings in Seller Central: Modified product listings to reflect the new compliant carton sizes.

BUT

Amazon wont accept the new changes...since there is no stock at FBA...and the WONT be stock at FBA because...AWD wont let me ship until the new carton sizes are reflected on seller central.

I have a Stagnant Shipment: Currently, 20 pallets of compliant stock all in the new carton sizes are on hold in China due to Amazon's inability to recognize the updated listing information.

Amazon Support has been unable to resolve the listing update issue, citing an inability to verify the new carton sizes without existing stock. The provided support responses have not acknowledged the catch-22 scenario of the situation. Most of the people I have spoken to at seller suppourt are either TOTALLY unfamiliar with AWD, or have no knowledge that AWD has inner carton requirements. They refuse to send me to an AWD specialist (they insist there is no such thing at amazon) .

I can really use some guidance or a direct contact within Amazon, the captive team, legal team, really ...anyone who is familiar with AWD specifics or has the authority to manually adjust listing information.
