I registered for making an Amazon shop but I didn't know that immediately I am going to get charged for it

Make sure you are signed up for an individual account (under settings, account info). Then you have to create a case requesting a refund.

Change your account from professional to individual. As for the refund, I would not lose my time, it is unlikely you will see a refund.

I called my bank and made a claim because Amazon said that I took "advantage of their awesome product" and didn't want to refund my money after two weeks when I was asking questions and they never found a way to help me.

Contact them thru seller support. They gave me a refund just a few months ago. If you haven't made any sales the professional subscription fee isn't supposed to be charged.

I kept my account as an individual account for two months until I realized the savings with a professional account. I do believe there is a section that will explain what you get where you choose to upgrade.
