I am writing to urgently request assistance with an unresolved issue regarding my listing. I am the brand owner and creator of ASIN B07FPT45KQ, a child listing under parent ASIN PET-CHEW-TOY-PR4, and the sole seller of this product.

Recently, the size name for ASIN B07FPT45KQ was changed from "Small Pack of 3" to "1.9 Ounce Pack of 3" without my authorization. This is a significant issue as the product has always been sold by numerical count and size. My packaging clearly reflects that it is sold in units (count), not by weight (ounce). All other child ASINs in this variation family also follow the same numerical count and size format.

This unauthorized change is causing confusion for my customers and impacting sales. I opened Case ID 16182786831 with Seller Support, but the response I received did not address my specific concern. I have tried explaining the situation, but the issue remains unresolved.

As a longtime seller on Amazon who takes great care in maintaining accurate listings. I am urgently requesting the size name changed back to "Small Pack of 3" to align with the product's historical listing, as well as the format of the other child ASINs in the variation.
