“Inaccurate Item Quantity in Box” issues.

Hello,

FBA reporting inaccurate item quantity in box. Can anyone provide any guide on how to go about the best course of action after already launching an investigation?

I sent in my first FBA shipment about a month ago and recently seen a discrepancy on my account saying "Inaccurate Item Quantity in Box". I'm a specialty brand, and only had 2 small order boxes that I sent out; that particular box had ALL the items listed in it. The items were all counted, packed, and shipped in ONE large box. All labeled and ready to scan with FNSKU on each individual item. There is NO WAY POSSIBLE that the items they are claiming are not present in that exact shipment is not in the box. The same box where they found "some of the items" but not all.. They were ALL there and accounted for. I really need all my products to be accounted for. I hope this is done with good faith.

Posting the issue here in the forums is a great place to start! I can understand the frustration an inaccurate inventory count can cause. Requesting an investigation is always the first step in reconciling, but doesn't always fully resolve the issue. Do you have the Seller Support case number for the case that was generated when you requested your investigation? I would like to review the details to see how best I can assist.
