I sent FBA shipment from NYC to Canada YYZ1 location via UPS. I sent this shipment on April 16th and it arrived 17th. Everyday since the 17th it's been giving be the same update.. "Package arrived at a carrier facility." - Just a couple minutes ago, UPS called me to let me know they are refusing delivery stating "they never ordered the package." What does that even mean? I used the correct label address and attached on the package the proper forms. Can anyone help with this, UPS stated I have until May 2!!

TLDR: Amazon YYZ1 Canada FBA Warehouse is refusing my FBA shipment and UPS let me know I have until May 2 to figure out what I want to do with my package. Please let me know how or what I should do..!
