Hyperwallet expired payments not being reflected on account

Hi there,

We've been trying to get help about this for a long time through our seller account support cases with no results. Here's the issue.

We have many payments that expired on Hyperwallet after 1 year because we didn't have a payment method there (the reason isn't important now). So basically those payments we're talking about were sent from Amazon to Hyperwallet successfully, we didn't have a payment method on Hyperwallet, so the payments, after 1 year, expired and went back to Amazon, but they're not yet reflected on our account.

Hyperwallet says that those expired payments are returned back to Amazon and that's why we should contact them about it.

We've contacted Amazon seller support about this issue numerous times.

We keep either getting the same reply that we should contact Hyperwallet about them or that it takes up to 6 weeks in this case for the payment to be reflected on our account (but we have payments that expired in July 2022 and are yet to be found in our seller account) or the case is "transferred" only to be ghosted then auto closed after some time

We're in desperate need of any help as this is very frustrating and the amount is not small and thus affects the business directly. The latest case was opened today with ID 12489671191.

I just checked on your case and see that 4 days ago Seller Support informed you that another Amazon team will be reaching out to assist you with this - did that team reach out yet? If not, please let me know and I will escalate this situation internally!
