Account deactivated UK over 5 years ago
My Amazon uk account was deactivated over 5 years ago. I had just lost my daughter and as you can imagine I was not paying much attention to anything. My problem now is I would like to re activate my account but do not know the reasons behind why it was deactivated. I can not check back because my UK account is just totally gone on my seller page. It only shows USA, Mexico Canada as market places. Can some one or a moderator please help point me in the right direction to find the reason for the deactivation. Thank you

From what you have shared, I see that your UK account was deactivated 5 years ago and you are having trouble logging in or locating the account. Typically, once the account was deactivated, you would have received an email with the reason why and what is required to reactivate the account. Is there a chance that you still have that email?
If you are not able to see the store from the drop down, there is a chance that the global accounts were not unified. Do you have a global accounts page that you can access? I suggest to visit the help pages I have provided above to see if you can locate the UK store. You can also utilize the forgot password feature, to gain access to the account.
